How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or embossed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my leather goods?
To maintain the quality of your leather, we recommend keeping it away from excessive water and heat. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and apply a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months.
